The service
Repulion provides business software for flight schools, flight clubs and aircraft co-ownership groups. The service can include scheduling, training records, maintenance tracking, documents, safety workflows, reporting and billing functions depending on the selected plan.
Operational responsibility
Repulion supports administrative and operational workflows; it does not replace pilot-in-command responsibility, approved manuals, legal obligations, maintenance release, airworthiness decisions or other responsibilities assigned by aviation law or an organisation’s approvals.
Accounts and authorised use
Organisations are responsible for choosing authorised users and permissions, keeping account details current and protecting credentials. Users must not attempt to bypass security controls, access another organisation’s data or use the service unlawfully.
Subscriptions and pricing
Public prices are shown excluding VAT unless stated otherwise. The applicable order, subscription confirmation or signed agreement determines the customer plan, quantity, billing period and any agreed migration or implementation work.
Availability and changes
We work to provide a dependable service, but maintenance, updates, provider outages and security work can affect availability. Features may be improved or replaced as the product develops. Material commercial commitments should be recorded in the applicable customer agreement.
Customer data
Customer organisations retain responsibility for the data they enter. Repulion may process that data to provide, secure and support the service. Export and deletion are handled according to the applicable agreement, retention obligations and Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property
Repulion and its software, interface, documentation and branding remain the property of their respective owners. A subscription grants a limited right to use the service for the customer organisation; it does not transfer ownership of the software.
Ending use of Repulion
Subscription cancellation, account closure, data export and any post-termination retention are governed by the applicable customer agreement and legal requirements. Organisations should arrange any required export before access ends.
