Scope
This policy covers the Repulion public website, demo and contact requests, Repulion accounts, and the Repulion flight-operations service.
Repulion may act as a controller for its own account, billing, security and business-contact data. For operational data entered by a customer organisation, the organisation will normally determine why that data is processed and Repulion provides the platform used to process it.
Data we process
- Contact and account details such as name, work email, role and organisation.
- Operational records entered into Repulion, which can include flight, training, aircraft, maintenance, document, billing and safety information.
- Technical and security information such as session data, audit events, browser/device information and request logs.
- Demo, support and commercial communications.
- Subscription and payment records required to administer the Repulion service.
Why we use it
We use data to provide and secure the service, authenticate users, operate customer accounts, arrange demonstrations, respond to enquiries, administer subscriptions, maintain auditability, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations.
Where a specific consent is required, we ask for it before that optional processing takes place.
Retention and deletion
We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the service, protect accounts, maintain required business records and meet applicable legal obligations. Customer organisations control the operational records they submit subject to their agreement and applicable retention requirements.
Export and deletion requests can be submitted through Repulion or the relevant organisation administrator.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing, and to receive certain data in a portable format. You may also have the right to complain to the relevant data-protection authority.
Requests can be sent to info@repulion.com+31 6 44898406. We may need to verify identity and, where Repulion acts for a customer organisation, route the request to that organisation.
Security
Repulion uses role-based access, organisation separation, protected document storage, audit trails and security controls appropriate to the service. See the Security page for a plain-language overview.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as Repulion, its providers or legal requirements change. The current version and update date will remain available on this page.
